The wait is almost over. Tonight, Apple will finally unveil the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max at its blockbuster September spectacle, the first launch of John Ternus’s era following Tim Cook’s departure.

Expected to receive the biggest camera upgrade ever, the iPhone 18 Pro is heavily tipped to introduce variable aperture for the first time, with the DSLR-like feature giving photographers more control over depth of field and background blur.
