Indian appliances maker Atomberg Technologies has filed for an initial public offering comprising a fresh issue of shares worth up to 4.5 billion rupees ($47.02 million) and an offer for sale of up to 76.5 million shares from existing investors, ‌its draft ⁠papers ⁠showed on Friday.

The company did not specify the IPO size.
