NEW DELHI: The International Olympic Committee (IOC)has asked the Indian Olympic Association (IOA) to appoint a chief executive officer without any further delay.

After it's executive board meeting in Lausanne on Wednesday, the IOC also confirmed that the 140th session of the committee will be held in Mumbai on October 15, 16 and 17 later this year.
