The British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) has used AI for the first time to support the classification of streaming content during a year which saw it rate a record number of cinema films.
The organisation was responsible for classifying the entire HBO Max catalogue ahead of its UK launch earlier this year and deployed an AI tool to assist in its decision-making process.
