A beautician died just weeks after she dislocated her knee - and shortly before she was meant to move in with her boyfriend.
Gemma Harries suddenly collapsed on January 16, and went into cardiac arrest and died, aged just 31, after suffering blood clots in her leg and chest.
Even though emergency services scrambled to the scene, including Wales Air Ambulance, she died at her partner, Joseff Edwards’, home in Whitland, Carmarthenshire.
