EXPLAINED: Bee movement permits set up to allow pollination - The Real Truth

Commercial beekeepers outside of biosecurity zones will be able to apply for permits to allow movement of beehives for pollination and honey production.

The NSW government has announced a plan for movement permits after consultation with the apiary and horticultural industries about the varroa mite outbreak first detected at the Port of Newcastle.
