Australia's Ben Simmons has returned from a five-game absence amid doubt around his NBA future to help the Brooklyn Nets snap a seven-game losing streak with a 104-83 win over Charlotte.
Simmons, who had been sidelined with illness and ongoing back soreness, was one of six Nets in double figures with 10 points on four-of-six shooting.
He added six assists and two rebounds off the bench as fellow Australian guard Josh Green sat out for the Hornets.
