With the ephemeral nature of TikTok beauty trends, it can be difficult to distinguish those worth trying from the ones that will result in barely-used products gathering dust in your makeup bag (and causing a disappointing ding in your bank balance).
So I, for one, always approach each ‘viral must-have’ that I stumble upon on the social media app with extreme caution. This is the view I had when I saw that Dior’s Forever Skin Foundation Stick was everywhere on my FYP. The brand is not immune to TikTok stardom, which has seen its blushes and lip oils promoted to cult status. Could the base product follow the same route?
