Marvel Studios' long-awaited Blade reboot has finally received a positive update, with filming now scheduled to commence in Fall 2024. The movie is set for release on November 7, 2025, although rumors suggest a potential delay to 2026. Despite past setbacks, the project seems to be back on track.

Over the years, the Blade reboot has faced multiple delays and changes in creative direction, leading to the involvement of various writers and directors. Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige intervened to revamp the project, enlisting the talents of Oscar-nominated writer Michael Green to refine the script.
