RAIPUR: A ‘bonded candidate’ stamp on MBBS provisional certificate issued by Pt Deendayal Upadhyaya Memorial Health Sciences and Ayush University has sparked a row in Chhattisgarh with doctors expressing their strong anguish for treating them like bonded labourers.
“He/ she is a bonded candidate for state government service”, read a stamp on the MBBS provisional certificate, issued by the university, suggesting that the MBBS candidate has to fulfil the rural service bond, which was furnished at the time of admission.
