A co-founder of fashion giant Boohoo has been revealed as an investor in Australian flash sales site MySale.

Mahmud Kamani has a 4.76% stake in the company which also counts the likes of Philip Green among its shareholders.

The news comes after Frasers Group, the retail empire controlled by billionaire Mike Ashley, made an offer for MySale last month.
