A motorcyclist has died following a crash in Tameside last night. Emergency services scrambled to the scene of the fatal incident shortly after 10pm, on Mottram Moor, Mottram.
Police were called and the 35-year-old motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. The incident was said to have involved a black motorcycle.
An investigation has now been launched, with Greater Manchester Police continuing their enquiries and asking for anyone with any information to come forward. The road was closed overnight, with severe traffic delays throughout Monday morning.
