An English backpacker who crashed an e-scooter into a father of two and killed him while riding drunk after a six-hour drinking session has been handed a four-year jail term.

Alicia Kemp, 25, struck Thanh Phan, 51, while riding a scooter through central Perth in May after attending a "bottomless brunch" event and a slew of bars.
