Calnex Solutions has announced that following nine years as chair, George Elliott has taken the decision to retire from his position and will not seek re-election at the 2022 AGM.
Current non-executive director Stephen Davidson has been appointed as chair designate and will succeed him at the conclusion of the meeting on 17 August.
Davidson joined the board in January and is an experience director of both public and private companies, with more than 20 years' board experience. He has previously acted as chair at AIM-traded companies Actual Experience, RBG Holdings and Jaywing, as well as JSE-listed Datatec.
