The cost of living is soaring at the moment with shopping and energy bills all on the rise.
It comes at a time where energy regulator, Ofgem (Office of Gas and Electricity Markets), has announced that it has made changes around the price cap.
This means that rather than being able to change every six months, it will now be able to be updated every three months.
