UNBELIEVABLE: Chiang mai chiang rai highway partially flooded but passable | History Defined

Motorists on the main highway between Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai were being advised on Thursday to drive carefully as workers are draining floodwater from the surface in some locations.

Highway 118 was partially, but not seriously, flooded in Wiang Pa Pao district of Chiang Rai and drivers needed to be alert to conditions, the Chiang Rai Public Relations Office said.
