A social club in Chicago, named The Scream Club, has been launched to help residents alleviate stress by screaming.
The club, which started earlier this summer, meets weekly for participants to shout across the river.
Founder Manny Hernandez stated that the club provides a safe space for people to express frustrations from their lives.
The initiative aims to offer a collective outlet, preventing individuals from being judged if they were to scream alone.
