REVEALED: Cocoa prices push higher as current cocoa supplies remain tight - The Real Truth

September ICE NY cocoa (CCU24) today is up +70 (+0.90%), and September ICE London cocoa #7 (CAU24) is up +87 (+1.34%).

Cocoa prices today added to Tuesday's sharp gains, with NY cocoa posting a 1-1/2 week high and London cocoa climbing to a 1-week high.    The price movement in cocoa remains highly volatile, and little news can move prices substantially.  Near-term tightness in cocoa supplies underpins prices after ICE-monitored cocoa inventories held in US ports on Tuesday fell to a 3-1/2 year low.
