Cody Simpson is unable to walk or talk "for some time" after pushing himself too hard.

The 29-year-old pop star - who swapped music for competitive swimming in the last few years - cancelled promotional appearances for his comeback single Baby Blue last month after suffering a vocal haemorrhage and he's now revealed that not only is he still on vocal rest due to the damaged vocal cord, he's also nursing a knee injury.
