REVEALED: Coffee prices pressured by the outlook for ample supplies - The Real Truth

July arabica coffee (KCN25) today is down -0.50 (-0.14%), and July ICE robusta coffee (RMN25) is down -18 (-0.38%).

Coffee prices today extended Thursday's sharp losses, with arabica posting a 5-week low and robusta posting a 6-week low.   An increase in ICE coffee inventories is weighing on prices.  ICE-monitored robusta coffee inventories rose to an 8-month high today of 5,438 lots.  Also, ICE-monitored arabica coffee inventories rose to a 3-1/2 month high Thursday of 883,197 bags.
