December arabica coffee (KCZ25) on Monday closed up +0.85 (+0.23%), and November ICE robusta coffee (RMX25) closed up +145 (+3.51%).
Coffee prices on Monday settled higher. Robusta coffee rallied sharply on Monday and pulled arabica coffee higher on concern that forecasted heavy rain over the rest of the month for Vietnam's Central Highlands, the country's main growing region, could hurt cherries that are entering the final phase of development ahead of the harvest.
