Concerns are growing for a pensioner who has been missing since last week.
Alan Giles, from Wirral, was last seen in the Railway pub on Birkenhead Road, Meols, at around 2pm on Friday, November 18. When he was last spotted, the 80-year-old was wearing a green jacket. He is also usually known to wear a red hat.
Police say he is known to visit West Kirkby and Hoylake and also regularly travels to Chester and Southport by train. Anyone with information about his whereabouts, or anyone who may have seen him, are being urged to alert police.
