Conner Smith's "heart is broken" after he was involved in a fatal accident.

The 24-year-old country singer's pickup truck struck 77-year-old Dorothy Dobbins as she walked on a marked crosswalk in Nashville on 8 June and she later died in hospital, and Conner admitted he is still struggling to process the tragedy.
