Swindon Borough Council has appointed a contractor to build the new bus interchange and gateway in the town centre.
Colas Projects, which relocated from Sussex to Birmingham in 2021, will start work on the £33m regeneration project later this year.
The Fleming Way Bus Boulevard scheme will see Fleming Way transformed to accommodate all bus services in the town and will include a new public open space on the north side with a green central spine to increase biodiversity.
