BIZARRE: Coroner urges lifejacket reforms after eight deaths - You Need To See This

A state government has been urged to lead the nation and introduce stricter mandatory lifejacket laws after an inquest into the deaths of eight men in four separate boating tragedies. 

And South Australian coroner David Whittle says "prudent" offshore fishermen should consider equipping their lifejackets with GPS-enabled personal locator beacons.
