Dane County Executive Melissa Agard recently spoke to reporters following a deadly shooting at Abundant Life Christian School in Madison. Agard shared that she received a text from her son, who attends a Madison city high school, reassuring her of his safety during the tragic incident.
Expressing her deep concern, Agard emphasized that such events are deeply troubling and emphasized the need for unity and support within the community. She stated, 'This hits you in the gut. The community and the country are better than this. This cannot continue.'
