David Wotherspoon is edging closer to his much-anticipated matchday return.
The St Johnstone midfielder has been out since November after picking up a gutting knee injury against Celtic in the Premier Sports Cup semi-final.
But manager Callum Davidson has revealed the Canadian international, who harbours dreams of making the World Cup, is training with the first team this week.
