There are six mutations in Defend Your Base with Anime, each multiplying a unit's DPS by a fixed amount. Gold and Diamond appear naturally on random fighters during any reroll. Dragonborn, Beast, and Arrancar only spawn during hourly mutation events at XX:15, XX:30, and XX:45 respectively. Admin is the strongest at 6.5x damage but only activates when developers trigger an Admin Abuse event. Each unit can only hold one mutation at a time.
