The defense attorney for the suspect in the shooting death of UnitedHealthcare’s CEO expressed his belief that the judge should have set bail for his client. At an extradition hearing, the judge denied bail to Luigi Mangione, who is facing a second-degree murder charge in New York, along with other charges in Pennsylvania related to a gun and fake ID found in his possession during his arrest.
