Republican presidential candidate Trump campaigns in New Hampshire

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is embarking on a fundraising effort to raise $10 million for former President Donald Trump through the super PAC Right for America. The fundraising push will span multiple states, with events expected to kick off in July and continue through September in states like Texas, California, and Washington.

The super PAC is overseen by Trump ally Sergio Gor, with significant contributions coming from billionaire and former Marvel Entertainment chairman Ike Perlmutter. DeSantis, Perlmutter, and a group of DeSantis donors recently met, during which Trump joined in for a 10-minute phone call to discuss the fundraising efforts.
