DARK SECRETS: Dog owners in the uk hit with 2 000 collar warning - The Real Truth

Dog owners have been issued a £2,000 warning over their pet's collars - even if the animals are microchipped.

All dogs must wear collar with the owner's name and address on it when walking in a public place. Adding a mobile phone number to the tag is still optional.

People who walk their dogs without the correct information on their pet's collar can be hit with a £2,000 fine, Birmingham Live reports.
