Drake Bell recently opened up in his first interview post the release of Quiet on Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV, shedding light on his reservations about participating in the docuseries and his father's involvement in it. Bell shared that he was initially hesitant to join Quiet on Set due to a negative experience with a previous documentary project where he felt shamed for not participating. However, after interacting with one of the directors, Emma Schwartz, he felt more comfortable and eventually agreed to be part of the series.
Bell revealed that his decision to participate in the docuseries came after undergoing trauma therapy during a rehab stint, where he felt ready to share his story. He discussed his experience of child sexual abuse by Brian Peck and how it impacted not only him but also his family.
