A dying 20-year-old man was left asking a "heartbreaking" question after being told by doctors that there is nothing more they can do for him.
Kaden Gresty, from Salford, has already endured almost 200 surgeries having first been operated on when he was just one-day-old and he's been in and out of hospital ever since.
He was born with spina bifida, a spinal condition which means he is paralysed from the chest down. He also suffers from a range of other medical conditions that affect his heart, lungs and kidneys and he requires a ventilator constantly.
