The gunman who opened fire on a residential street, sending a bullet through a house window while people were inside, escaped on an electric scooter.
Police were called to Maley Close, Dingle, in the early hours of Sunday, April 1, after reports a gun had been fired. At the scene, officers found the window of a property damaged by a bullet.
Detectives said people were inside the house at the time of the shooting but there have been no reports of injuries. The shooter is believed to drove off from the scene on an electric scooter towards Peel Street.
