At least 100 children were killed when a primary school in southern Iran was hit during a joint US-Israeli military operation on Saturday, Iranian authorities say.
Officials say between 160 and 180 people died in the strike, which came as the US and Israel launched coordinated attacks beginning in Tehran and expanding across the country.
