A former NSW police officer who allegedly killed two men - including one he briefly dated - has formally been charged with their domestic violence-related murders.

Beaumont Lamarre-Condon appeared from jail via video-link at Sydney's Downing Centre Local Court on Tuesday, accused of murdering Qantas flight attendant Luke Davies, 29, and TV presenter Jessie Baird, 26.
