Scotland's most popular street food outlet has arrived at a long-term location in Glasgow city centre.
Salt and Chilli has joined the revolutionary new restaurant kitchen, Big Feed Kitchen, in Princes Square. At every Big Feed event they have been the most in-demand stall and are now bringing their secret blend, and the 'modern' taste of Scotland, to the city centre's food scene on a more permanent basis.
Big Feed Kitchen is the new offering from the kings of Scottish street food, running over the first and last weekends of every month at their massive warehouse in Govan, with various trucks on rotation and favourites like Salt N Chili and Firedog there permanently. It will initially run Thursday to Sunday, then open up during the week for the lunchtime crowd, also featuring an online ordering system with a fast collection point perfect for nearby workers.
