Industry Ministry Thailand

Thailand's manufacturing production index (MPI) in January rose by a less than expected 1.99% from a year earlier, the Industry Ministry reported on Monday.

The reading compared with a forecast for a 4.6% rise in output in a Reuters poll, and December's revised 6.66% increase.
