INSANE: Fire hit wedding venue s decade long battle with council | Vintage Vibes

A Merseyside venue which hosted crunch Brexit talks has been dealt two huge blows in the last fortnight.

On Saturday night, shortly after 9pm, Thornton Manor, in Thornton Hough, went up in flames.

Guests were evacuated from the hotel on Manor Road by emergency services as firefighters worked "night and day" throughout the weekend to tackle the blaze.
