The building had been Trent Bridge Medical Practice, in West Bridgford but more recently was a vintage shop with a cafe, the Blue Camel, named after a colourful statue that stood outside.
The business closed in December and the premises, next door to Thai restaurant Giggling Squid, in Bridgford Road, have been empty ever since. The sales brochure reveals that the property has full planning consent for redevelopment. There is also a garden and outside seating area to the front and side of the property.
When the medical practice closed down around eight years ago, the property was on the market for some time until it became The Parlour Garden, serving alfresco cocktails. Last year it had a spell as a two-storey vintage shop.
