A former Wetherspoon's employee has revealed the dishes he would never order after seeing how they are prepared.
Posting on Reddit, he explained that if his shift went over seven hours, he was given a free meal. Things he enjoyed eating included pizza, wraps or burgers, but some meals he "would never eat".
He said that burgers, steaks, pizzas and paninis are made "from scratch", and the fish is "battered fresh". The man claimed that burger patties "come in a packet as you'd get at Tesco", but they are "properly grilled" and the bacon is also cooked fresh.
