France on Wednesday issued a “red notice” for escaped prisoner Mohamed Amra, alias “The Fly”, said Interpol, as a massive manhunt was underway for an armed gang that ambushed a prison convoy, killing two prison officers and injuring three others before escaping with Amra.
The Interpol “red notice” alert said Amra, 30, was wanted for “conspiracy to commit murder with premeditation as part of an organized crime” among other charged.
