FORGOTTEN HISTORY: Fraud charge dropped for fugitive developers daughter - Caught on Camera

The daughter of a fugitive property developer has admitted falsifying documents for a $150 million construction loan as a fraud charge is dropped against her.

Ashlyn Nassif, daughter of Jean Nassif, provided false or misleading information to obtain the loan from Westpac for the construction of three apartment towers in northwest Sydney in 2021.
