Madison Keys wants to get a little bit uncomfortable on court as she aims to defend her Australian Open crown. 

The 30-year-old world No.9 has returned to Melbourne Park with a higher ranking than when she toppled Aryna Sabalenka 12 months ago to claim her maiden grand slam.
