Josh Giddey has flirted with the first NBA quadruple-double in three decades, but settled for his fourth triple-double of the season to help Chicago to a 146-115 road win over the Los Angeles Lakers.
The 22-year-old Melburnian had 15 points, 17 assists, 10 rebounds and eight steals as the Bulls won for the seventh time in nine games.
The steals tally doubled Giddey's career-high mark while the 17 assists tied his league record.
