Perth Glory coach Adam Griffiths has signalled his desire to remain at the club after overseeing a 2-1 win over Brisbane Roar in their season-ending A-League Men clash that provided a perfect send-off for retiring club legend Josh Risdon.
With both sides eliminated from finals contention, players were largely playing for pride and contracts at HBF Park on Saturday, but goals from Gabriel Popovic and Sebastian Despotovski also ensured Bunbury native Risdon departed a winner.
