Oklahoma GOP Rep. Tom Cole expressed his views on the recent events that unfolded on Capitol Hill regarding the election of a speaker. He acknowledged that managing the House this Congress will be challenging but also highlighted the positive aspects of the outcome.
Cole noted that the process of electing a speaker was completed on a single ballot, contrasting it with the 15 ballots required in the past. He viewed this efficiency as a significant improvement and a reason for optimism moving forward.
