Prosecutors have stated that Hallie Biden, who dated Hunter during the time he purchased the firearm, will provide testimony regarding the ownership of the firearm and the incident where she disposed of it.
The firearm in question was reportedly owned by Hunter Biden, and Hallie Biden will testify about the circumstances surrounding its possession. According to prosecutors, Hallie Biden took the firearm from Hunter's car and discarded it in a dumpster outside of a grocery store in Wilmington, Delaware.
