EXPLAINED: Headaches continue for regional commuters after outage - The Real Truth

Regional trains are almost back up and running but delays and cancellations continue after a Telstra outage halted services for two days, leaving commuters in the lurch.

The outage began at 4.30am on Wednesday and Telstra had restored phone calls by that night; however, Victoria's regional railway was still not completely back up and running by early Thursday evening.
