An expanding family holiday business has acquired its fourth caravan park in North Wales. SF Parks has taken ownership of Sun Valley Caravan Park, a 10.8 acre family-run site on the banks of the River Clwyd at Rhuddlan near Rhyl.
SF Parks is owned and operated by the Seldon Family and owns three other sites in North Wales. The latest deal was backed by HSBC UK.
The new site offers 185 holiday homes and a range of facilities including a family club house, a bar and game fishing on site. Following the acquisition, SF Parks will see its capacity increase from 1,000 to 1,200 caravans.
